Is there any way to do so ?

    Unfortunately not, you may be able to set up a rule in your e-mail to automatically send them to a specific folder

    @Lawrence thanks for your fast comment. Would it be possible to define a support email address and an general email address?

    Unfortunately that’s not something we currently support, you may want to post a suggestion in the suggestion section of the forum then others are able to vote on it and provide their comments.
