Missing Paypal icon

Have a buyer who does not get the paypal icon, by payment of the order. Anyone who has experienced this before

Taking a look at the e-mail from the customer, another user reported a similar issue around the same time that resolved itself. You may want to try asking the customer to simply try visiting checkout again to see if the issue is now resolved
