Shipping Methods - Notes

Please expand the box for adding notes about particular shipping methods. Right now the box for notes only allows something like 80 characters. Among other things, I would like to add comments informing buyers about insurance, tracking, estimated delivery times, and the possibility of other cheaper shipping methods (such as Priority Mail flat rate envelopes and boxes).
