Move Jack Stone Category Under 4 Juniors

As the title says, move Jack Stone to become a sub-category of 4 Juniors. Will lessen the likelihood of duplicate catelog entries (as I'm sure there are at the moment) for figures. Will will make the filling in of catalog gaps a lot easier.

Anyone see a reason this should't be done ?

  • Thank you for the suggestion, is Jack Stone related to 4 Juniors? Our set/minifigure categories come from Brickset
  • I think it is based on the minifigure type

@lawrence Need to agree with Emma here, Jack Stone is considered by most people (and other sites) as being part of the 4 Juniors line (a bit similar as current 'junior' line), those sets: Jack Stone/ Creator/Spiderman/Pirates were specifically designed with a 4+ tag (right after the Duplo age) with figs that cannot be taken apart (for safety reasons compared to regular minifigs) and of which the base design (legs and torsos) is pretty much the same. If you look at the subcategories, 15 figs have been allocated and 7 not, some (like the green Jack Stone) are not allocated and just sit there in the main '4 Junior' Category. If Jack Stone is moved as subcategory into 4 Juniors, we can move the non allocated ones to their respective subcategory.
@SimplyBricks Hi Emma, duplicate entries are technicly not possible, unless someone would deliberately submit one and Admin would approve on it (so 2 mistakes are required for that to happen). All existing 4 Junior figs are in catalog, some without image, yes, but no need to create any (and none to be accepted by Lawrence either for that reason), with a bit of renaming they can be sorted out ;-)

Name changes for all the '4 Junior' filed (so one should be able to figure out which is which), and I submitted a new subcategory 'Creator' under the 4 Junior line as well, as now some of the 4 junior figs are in the main 'Creator' category (they will need to be moved if the subcategory is accepted) and some are straight under the main 4 Junior Category.
  • Thank you for updating those names and for providing the info. Probably the first step would be for those various figures to be inserted into the relevant set inventories so they then have the correct theme and therefore category, that should solve some of the outstanding issues.
