Updating tracking info on shipped order

I tried a search for this but nothing came up.

Is it possible to change a tracking number on a shipped order? I just tried putting a new tracking number in, but it still shows the old one. Is this working as intended?

    @vegitt Open the order, in the left box search for 'tracking' add > click the add, if you already entered one, just put the new one in and 'submit'

    That's what I did, but it continues to show the old number and not the new one

    Hello,

    Would you be able to clarify where the old tracking number is being shown? I have just tested updating an existing tracking number on the order overview in an order in my store, and I am able to confirm that the tracking number does update when a new tracking number is submitted.

    Forgot to react the other day after trying multiple times on old orders (even 3 month old orders)
    Even 'blanking' it (no longer a tracking number) or putting in something like 'purged' works flawlessly for me as well

    I have tried again now and it seems to work. Guess it was user error.
