Is there a 3006old and a 3007old

Stands to reason there should be - does anyone know for sure?

  • There are some older parts existing without button tubes and some of them with cross supports. But they are not listed here at Brick Owl.

2x8 brick without bottom tubes and with cross supports (BL ID crssprt03) is here but without name/image: BOID 132421
  • Thanks for that. So there's no equivalents to the 3001/2/3old - with tubes but without cross supports? So a set released in 1975 would have had what we'd consider the modern versions of 2x6 and 2x8?
  • @Hoddie: however, your set from 1975 would have these bricks with mold pip on side and not on top of a stud. I checked some of my sets released in 1975, and while the 2x3 and 2x4 are well with tubes and without cross supports, the longer ones have tubes and cross Supports (and mold pip on a small side).
  • @Aladine, perfect, many thanks for your efforts!
