2 orders from a store stuck as "Processing" - what to do?

Already contacted the store, no reply. Have ordered from them in the past, don't recall any problems. They even communicated about one of orders shortly after receiving it. Do stores get alerts that orders are well past the maximum dispatch date? One of the orders has has not been dispatched in 10 days, the other 7.

  • If a store has far exceeded their stated despatch time, the best thing to do would be to let us know using the e-mail address in the contact link at the bottom of the page. We can then look into that further for you.
