Just a little help if possible.. I pack most of my orders into bubble wrap envelopes, a little tape and and include a printed invoice of the order. When the order weight is 80 odd grams, this seems to take it over the 100g for min large letter, which then means im paying an extra 50p for postage .. how do other sites manage this, as we don't have an option to add a fee, and I don't really want to be asking the customer to pay the difference .. Tia.

The best thing to do is to adjust the weight bands on your shipping methods to account for any packaging you may use.
