Coupons not working/displaying at checkout

I have coupons from several stores which I can see under 'Coupons' but when I visit one of the stores where they should be redeemable I am not given the usual box to select them/add them to discount my order.

Is this a glitch which should be fixed soon as I have a pending order I would like to place?

    If you go to to checkout the first stage of checkout should show the applicable coupons there.

    Ok, I didn't realise that. I'm used to it appearing at the basket stage. Glad to know that it is not a glitch after all and I can place my new order asap. Thank you.
