Staying on TLG's good side

I'm not sure what the policy on BL is but what are TLG's preferences in regards to posting sets early? I just noticed that this 2014 set is in the catalog: http://brickowl.com/catalog/lego-marina-bay-sands-set-21021. Has it been officially unveiled by TLG yet?

Policy over there is it's not in their Catalog until someone physically has one.
That's caused some grief over the years (Orthanc) but it's a useful rule.
