Hello
I recently placed an order at a store and have not received it. The order was placed 14 days ago, marked as shiped 10 days ago. Order was sent 2nd class which is usually 2 - 5 days. I have contacted the store twice now and have had no response. How long should I leave it before I except it isn't going to arrive and have no choice but to leave negative feedback. I run a small store myself and can understand that some times unseen issue can happen but to have no reply is disappointing. Has anyone had this happen to them?
Any comments on the issue would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards

My suggestions/observations:
-Allow a reasonable amount of time for the seller to respond, people do go on holidays (1-2-3 weeks), and might simply not be able to respond. (count me 'in' when I'm on Holiday on certain locations)
-Allthough shippingservices have 'typical' deadlines mentioned, those are never 100% accurate (I've been selling online for over 10 years now, my experiance tells me differently). Did you check with your neighbours, postman and local postal service in the mean while?
-A negative should only be the final outcome, a money dispute (-if possible- paypal for instance) and a notification towards Brickowl (ask whether there are other issue with the seller) would be the intermediate steps that do not exclude a negative as final outcome, but does not 'compromise' the situation 'either' in the mean while...
