Missing Data "Name needs Improvement" - please explain to me the background.

Hello together,

Then I will have finalized the update of all missing images of my listed items I will go on with the list of missing information.
But the point "Name needs Improvement" is not clear for me. If I open this filtered list I can see amongst some stickered and decorated parts also a lot of parts with clear and identifical names. Stickered and decorated parts are often listed as "... with sticker from set ...". That's clear what I have to do.
But what should be improved with the following examples?
- LEGO Dark Stone Gray Beam 1m with 2 Axles 90° (10197)
- LEGO Bright Light Yellow Minifigure Figure Hair (11793)

In my opinion the name is clearly and identifical. So please, any explanation what I can / should do with these parts would be great.

That usually means the name is from Lego and is usually very basic and won't follow the format of other BO names. So a better name for the hair might be "Elf Hair with Ears"

OK, got it. I will lean a little bit to the given names of Bricklink. If the names there aren't also very clear, I will describe with my own words the items.

Be wary of Bricklink names. As I was recently informed, they tend to be Long winded and would need a degree of editing to make them fit to Brick Owl standards.

@Calibrick: I have read these conventions and I Lawrence has already accepted my revisions.
The preliminary intention of my question was to understand why a part is marked for "name approvement" although it has a "good name".
