Shipping methods

Hi, probably a silly question here but I'm struggling with the shipping methods. I've got large letter and small parcel as my options (UK that is) but quite often a buyer will select (or the system does) small parcel where it is easily a large letter. Example just had an order for two minifigs and a helmet. The system charged buyer for small parcel so I had to send as large letter and refund the differecne through PayPal. Can anyone point me at what it is I've done wrong here as I'm sure it is just a setting somewhere. Many thanks for any help,

  • @Pippyblocks May have to do with missing dimensions, did you check your order overview whether or not something might be missing such details (in particular minifigs and minifigparts)? The system is set to take a wider size then, this oftenly leads to a package...
    The refund can be done from within BO, it's quite easy > 'refund' from the option tab, set items to 'zero' (so no refund on items), a refund price, a note and save and not only the order is adjusted, the refund is send as well directly from Paypal.
    Sidenote: your 'padded mailer' settings might be too low compared to reality (mainly thickness wise). Did you check your shipping settings?
