How to handle orders on the weight limit

Hy All!

Question is, how do you handle those orders that are close to the weight limit (ex. buyer paid shipping cost for 500 g, but order is 495 gramms)?
Should I delete the given delivery costs and keep only the "request quotation" option?

    The best thing to do would be to update your shipping methods so that the weights and dimensions all have a buffer in them to account for things like packaging or differences in item weights. If you read the top of the shipping method page there should be a note explaining this.
