buyer wants to make additional purchase

I have a buyer that wants to make an additional purchase to combine with an already paid for order...
I have combined orders allowed checked yes, and I have a .50 fee added, and cut off set to processing...

my buyer is having difficulty making the new purchase and is saying that my regular shipping charges are showing up....
the order is in a state of payment received, which is below the threshold of processing.....

is there any tips or info that can help them to complete this order with the correct fee applied for me to combine with the previous order....

Taking a look at their account, it looks like the parts they wanted are no longer available, so I can't proceed to checkout to look at that specifically. It's possible they just saw the shipping charges in the cart and didn't proceed further through checkout
