Downtime
Unfortunately Brick Owl was unavailable today between 7:10 GMT and 9:30 GMT due to a power issue in the datacentre our server is hosted in. This issue has now been resolved. Separately there was a networking failure in the datacentre our backup server is hosted in so we were not able to immediately resolve the situation. We will look into what further action we can take to prevent this from happening again and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know what went wrong. Your site was sorely missed.....was indeed very worried that something significant had gone wrong. Very relieved it was just simple errors, hopefully you are able to resolve for the future, as I am sure you were no doubt screaming down the phone at someone when the backup did not come online as needed.
