MOC inventory capability and taxonomy

A great way to really expand the use of the site for parts is to allow anyone to share the parts list for a MOC they made. That way one could points users here as a way to get the parts to recreate it themselves.

This would be a new category taxonomy that would organically grow into subsections and have its own BOID as well.

Options would be to include a picture of that MOC and a description, and to add a rating and comment widget if the author liked.

I've considered it, but not sure what we would do better than rebrickable or Flickr
