Increase of non paying members (IBAN)?
In my first year on BO I had one member who did not pay. Since July I had two non paying members (I'm talking about IBAN as a payment method). Do other sellers experience the same?
I also would like to know how BO communicates with the buyer when I cancel an order because of non-payment. What text is sent to the buyer?
