Feedback reminder

Would there be a way to have in the "to-do" list a reminder when feedback has been left for you but you have not reciprocated?

I have always done the leave feedback first as a buyer, second as a seller - I realize not everyone does it this way

if the to do was generated after the order was shipped then seller could decide to leave FB then or wait and leave the reminder there until after some other event occurs perhaps? This would cover all sellers' FB habits. Maybe have a FB reminder for buyers too?
