Still Waiting for My Parts

I placed an order over a week ago and Brick Owl has still not shipped my parts.
I was really hoping to get them soon as we need them for a competition robot.
Have never ordered from them before and not sure I will order again.

    Brick Owl is a store-front for LEGO sellers, both full-time and hobbyist level. Your bricks come from a seller, not from Brick Owl. Give the store you ordered from a quick message via the messaging system to chase up your bricks. Good luck in the competition as well!

    As said above message the seller directly, there could be many reasons it is not with you as yet. Some sellers only ship once a week or so (what was the shops shipping policy?), post can in some areas be slow and sadly sometimes things get lost in the post. But regardless of reason you should always drop the seller a message, Brick Owl is much like ebay and co they provide us sellers a platform to sell and you are dealing with the seller not the site.

    Uhm... your user info says you joined October 3, and your message was posted October 3. How can you be waiting for a BO order placed a week ago? Just curious.
