Australia Post has increased postage and decrease the service again!

Hello,
a message to all our customers buying from stores in Australia, expect your freight to be increased by up to 3%, whether domestic of international the cost will go up as of yesterday.
The only thing not changing will be letters, i.e. small orders posted with Australia.
There will be an increase in delivery time for ALL mail - so expect the already slow service to become slower.
Australia Post is falsely claiming that it has been more than a year since the previous increase, when in fact the last increase was just as the Christmas period started last year, ensuring they received a record profit.
Australian businesses are affected by this on many levels, so it would be appreciated if you would direct any anger and disappointment at this company rather than the site sellers, and the Minister - Stephen Conroy.
