My store does not post to uk come up on my storefront (but I am uk )

So on my storefront it says I do not ship to uk even though I sent up postage option base just for uk and rest of world request a quote.
I check the options I can't see why it does this .Even fill cart on private browser to see if it work out postage cost and went up look like it working just fine. but my storefront still says do not ship to uk .
I live in uk I love sending Lego uk
Any help I will be grateful for
