Wrong shipping info on store homepage

Hi, sinds today my store homepage say's that i don't send items to Belgium.
That is wrong.

My shipping settings are
- request a quote world & Belgium (enabled) and BPost Pack Belgium (enabled)

Can someone help me with this problem?
