In my experience you only need one, but obviously you'll attract more buyers with a larger quantity. After a year I am still small fry here but my inventory growth is coming along. Not got loads of cash, no spare cash to invest. I just take the profit and plough most of it back in. My son receives free Lego because it's also paid for from our sales here.
I saw your inventory and I wouldn't be too worried at this stage. Grow it at a pace you can afford.
I agree 100% with the above. I don't have a lot of each item on hand, but have been pleased with the number of orders I've received thus far. I started out with just weird pieces (like decorated bricks and whatnot), but soon discovered that I would need to stock the regular, run-of-the-mill bricks as well.
