Hi everyone, new here

my shipment seems to be only to Australia where we are, but I cant find where to change to the world? please help

  • Go to your shipping method pages and edit the appropriate entry.
    Toward the bottom where it says, "Apply a region to the country list." There's a drop down box. Use with care and deselect as necessary. You'll need to do this with every different postage method you set up except your domestic options, whereby you simply select your country from the list.

    If I'm wrong in anyway - I hope someone else will pipe up and correct me, but this is how I understand your query is fixed.

  • If you are referring to the message on the right-hand side of your store, that's just to let you know that the store ships to where you are, it doesn't necessarily mean the store only ships to your country.
