Order Notes Location

Would it be possible to locate Order Notes at the top of the page rather than at the very bottom - perhaps just under the Order Totals?

I would consider it to be in the way there, but I've made a note to possibly allow moving around of all of the boxes so you can customise it.

I was going to suggest something similar regarding combined orders. Maybe an "alert" style box, like the one you had on the now defunct BL sysnc page. Order notes are things I need my employees to see when they are preparing an order, so visual distinction would be great.
