Can seller cancel and order

Hi

I want to cancel an order I have received, how do I go about it? Can't find anything in help or forums.

Reason: it's a new account, Stripe shows several failed payment attempts with card associated with fraud and subsequent payment (uncaptured) with another card.

Its simple enough, open the order and click on the more actions drop down next to the message customer button.

Should be obvious fromt there!

Thank you @sophiesbrickshop I knew it was simple, just could not find it. I was using drop down on "Orders" tab.
