Part Numbers Search Curiosity

I have had a few searches in my store involving part numbers which have no results, out of curiosity I have searched them in the catalog only to find I do have some of them for sale in my store, and doing the same part number search in my inventory shows results, and they are listed for sale just to rule that out.

A recent search being 4183062, which I have figured is in relation to a green http://brickowl.com/catalog/lego-hinge-plate-1-x-2-locking-with-dual-finger-on-end-vertical-44302 in the catalog, which I do have 2 of for sale, but it came up with no store results.

Just wondered if it was something wrong my end, due to current alterations to the catalog, or nothing to worry about (apart from coming up with no store hits when I have the item in stock)

I hope I am not just being dumb and missing something obvious, but any enlightenment would be much appreciated.
