After you check out, you are taken to a webpage where you can edit the wishlist. Parts ordered are automatically shown and you just have to approve the adjustment.
CAVEAT: if you have the same part on multiple wishlists you will have to check and manually adjust. By default, parts are subtracted from all wishlists they feature in.
