I use Paypal Multiorder shipping and for the most part it works great. Considering when I ship, I ship upwards of 20 to 30 orders at a time and it cuts down on the tedium quite a bit.
All day I have been getting the "PayPal Shipping is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience." I have used 3 different browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and get the same error.
I have tested the Paypal main site and shipping one at a time works fine, but of course that method is VERY slow in comparison.
Sadly, the paypal forums are not helpful with this issue as their admin suggestion is the problem resides in the "formatting of shipping addresses." I looked over the shipping address and there is nothing wrong with them in that regards.
Is anyone else getting this problem?
