I just submitted data for unknown part, I wasn't able to add LEGO design ID or element number - the drop down box did not produce a field to enter data.

How do I add data to that now?

After you select a type from the dropdown it should load a little then a box should appear

Is that not the case?

No - a box did not appear - you should see the item "(reddish) brown cow" I submitted a few mins ago

The same thing is happening with "Tags"

click away or "tab" I get a moving "clock type" symbol for a while then nothing else happens??

?? both worked for me almost without problems. Sometimes it took a little bit longer than usual to load, but it always worked.

Maybe I'll try a different browser then?
So far it's only those two boxes that don't appear, everything else appears to be working, but I'll only be able check what I did with the result, after approval (assuming they are approved!)

I use Safari, which was problematic with the other place?

Although I should make the website cross browser, I develop it in chrome so it probably works best in that.

It would be great to know why an image was rejected so we can correct it and resubmit it to the catalog. And which ones they are that need a redo.
