international buyers unable to pay for items

hello i have had two buyers in the last couple of days who could not pay for there items when they try and pay it says error could someone have a look at my settings and see where i have gone wrong and tell me in layman talk how to put it right thank you in advance linda

You currently have your PayPal payment method setup to only apply to the United Kingdom. If you edit that payment method, you can choose the world region to make the payment method apply to the whole world.
