hi iam new to brick owl having problems with international postage,have it set to 0g to 100g large letter but everyone checking out at 99p and I always out of pocket any help would be appriated

@richard waters Also, did you deduct 'packaging' weight from your shippingband? I notice you have a band up to 100 grams, I have as well, but it's limited to 75 grams of 'items' to allow adding padding and mailers... If RM's limit is 100 grams, and you allow 100 grams of items, then obviously your shipping will be +/-120 grams > higher cost 'out of your pocket'. BO does not how much weight a packaging will be , that's up to you to determine and reduce it from your weightband.

@richard waters It looks like you haven't got any dimension limits on your "1st class" or "2nd class" methods, which I presume are for large letter. You would need to enter the dimension limits to prevent items that are too large going by large letter

Also it appears your international methods include the UK in their list of countries

@richard waters As a sidenote, to simplify things you might wanna pick up the 'shared' shippingmethods from other UK sellers, some of those sellers have been around for a while and therefor already 'tuned' their shippingbands, they allow you to copy them (see shared shippingmethods on the shippingmethods page), the only thing left to do then is to 'tune' those methods for yourself ;-)
