Can I remove items for one order twice?

I had an order go missing and I would like to resend the parts again. I am wondering is there anyway from the original order to automatically reduce my inventory for all the parts that I still have (I don't have 100% of the parts originally ordered) or do I have to manually adjust BL inventory let BO update when I sync?

If you use bricksync, you can open the order, modify to suit your needs save it as a new file and then use the "sub" command on that file.
