Which frame for this door 6546

I bought a bunch of these & moronically didn't consider what frame they need to be clasped into:

They're not listed as part of any set in particular so I can't correlate a frame that way. I did find some listings on other sites for which sets the door has been seen in & seems to be mostly truck sets so I think they're intended to be double-doors on a larger frame (like the back of a truck), with this kind of panel:

I'd love to be able to use them in un-paired solo in a frame but the 2x3 frames have the hole/clasp spot in the middle not sides and the 2x3 panels don't have any holes/clasps.

Yup, thanks. It does seem like they're only intended paired as double-doors and the only frames they work with presumes 2 doors. Too bad! They're nice tiny doors that would be cool as solo entrances.
