Can't cancel order

Hi!

I wanted to cancel an order the customer never paid for but when I click on "cancel order" I'm asked if I double checked everything and when I click on "ok" nothing happens. What am I doing wrong here?

I tried it on two different computers and three different browsers (Chrome, Safari and Firefox).
