How exactly do coupons work? Are there ones that work with every store, or does whoever runs an individual store give them out as they please?

    They only come from and work with individual stores.
    Some stores give them out as promotions or to repeat customers.

    Personally I offer them Or a refund if I can post cheaper than what's been paid or sometimes if I've made a mistake.
