Royal Mail - Making a Claim
Was wondering how people have got on making a claim?
How do you prove the actual value of the parcel?
Looks like I'll be making my first claim with Royal Mail in a couple of weeks.
I've had small parcels go missing in the past but couldn't be bothered to claim due to the time it would take filling in the form.
This ones a £35 order using Tracked and Signed to Spain.
My receipt shows the address was entered slightly wrong at the Post Office but still Spain as the destination. My return address on the back and main address was printed from BO.
Posted on the 4th, a day later tracking shows it on the way to Italy! with no other tracking info after that!
20 working days (Mon-fri?) after estimated delivery date would be about 8th Feb so there's still a while yet.
