Rebrickable Order Query

I hope this is the right place to ask. I have a potential customer trying to buy 1500 parts that I have for a MOC on Rebrickable. They seem to be having trouble adding the parts to cart, nothing happens when they press the button. I have tried it and it adds the items to my cart ok. Customer wants to proceed with order, but doesn't know which are the 1500 parts I have so can't do the order manually - any suggestions.
BTW I have had several BO orders via Rebrickable, this is the first problem I am aware of.
