How to enter stickers?

I seem to banging on about the same thing!

However please enlighten me... I have a sticker sheet that I have Id'd elsewhere, pull up the set in question - no sticker sheet here so how do I create that entry?

    Find the set on BrickOwl, click on the 'Edit' tab, scroll down and click 'Create Sticker Sheet' - enter the info needed for review.

    Find the set thats missing its sticker sheet in the catalog.
    Hit the 'Edit' tab
    Scroll down to the 'Actions' section and hit the 'Create Sticker Sheet' button.
    Fill in the details and hit submit.
    Wait for it to be approved.
