Order not received by seller

How do I cancel an order which I placed and paid for in the usual way, but the seller has not received either the order or the money?

  • Could you please contact us using the e-mail address accessible from the contact link at the bottom of the page, and let us know about any order confirmation/PayPal receipt e-mails you have received in relation to the order.
