Tennessee require sales tax to be collected on goods AND shipping - my settings are set correctly but the tax amount is incorrect - NOT adding tax to shipping
Would you confirm why you believe the tax is not being added onto the shipping? I have just checked with the most recent order where tax was applied on the 27th of December, and comparing the shipping price on the order versus the shipping price on the shipping method, you can see that tax was applied to the shipping method on this order.
On the order totals it has the line "Incl. 9.75% Tax". This means that the values are inclusive of tax, the tax amount shown is just to show you the total amount of tax that has been included in the prior amounts. Every value on the order totals, other than the tax itself, already has tax included.

OK thanks - over here we do it the opposite - nothing, except Gas, shows a tax inclusive price
