How to cancel an order?

I received an order, along with a Paypal payment, that had an outdated shipping address. I asked the customer to update it in Paypal otherwise I could not ship it, and he did. However, the old address is is still showing up when I try to print out the shipping label since it was placed before the new address update. The buyer asked if I could cancel out the original order here and he would re-order the items now that the address has been updated. Is there a way to cancel out the order so he can order it again? The messages we exchanged are all here for the record. Thanks.
