What does BrickOwl anouncement 12/25 mean?

Does this mean that BrickOwl now translates between languages? Or does it mean I will receive emails in a language I don't speak?

No, it means that if you have changed your BrickOwl language (using the flag top-right), you will receive your BrickOwl emails written in that language.
