More robust feedback system.

I wish there was some way to comment on feedback left. Quite ticked I get left a neutral from an overseas buyer because they had to pay customs on their order. I have gone years over on BL without a ding and already get knocked by a buyer not aware of his country's import regulations.....and the feed back is just factually false as I did not price his package too high...It was spot on....frustrating.....especially as I can not leave a comment on the false allegation of me overpricing the customs label.

I have added to the list to allow commenting on feedback. You may want to contact the customer to find out what happened with the customs form to resolve the issue.

In this case you are the seller.

It would bee nice for a buyer too , when seller sends the order with false customs forms.

I don't like customs , and i dont send orders to buyers how asked for fraud on the customs forms

I did....he is mad he had to pay customs. Form was correct.

IMO this kind of feedback should be removed, I have the proof order was labelled with correct amount on my customs/label receipt. How can I resolve the issue when the person is mad at his country's law and takes it out on the seller? IMO his resolution needs to come from his countrys lawmakers, not me.

Also how can I change the feedback I left for him? Given the new revelations I would like to amend my current feedback left noting he expects customers to falsify customs forms for him.
