It will show up in your store, under my store I think.

go into orders on your my store then account and it will show you the amount you owe,usually you dont pay till the first day of the month so if your bill was 4.99 at the end of the month you still dont pay till it goes over £5 which would be the end of the next month

And there is no billing, neither mail, so you need to keep an eye on it yourself > 'My store' tab > 'Orders' tab > 'my account' tab

The only thing I ever got was a red banner in my dashboard (which was a site 'bug', just to be clear).
