Order download missing orders ?

hi,

today i downloaded a file with all my orders inside ( from the order tab).
i noticed the dashboard on brickowl shows that i have more order than that are in the downloaded list.

does anybody if any orders are left out when downloading ?

    Could you elaborate on why you believe there are orders missing? The download file has the same amount of orders that your store has ever received.

    @lawrence maybe i make somewhere a mistake in excel. I download the .csv and devide it with the build in tool into cells so i got a list with orders. Then i look at the row numbers and i got 30 orders less in excel file (for 2016) than on the website . what additional information is useful for you to look into this matter?

    I did confirm that the are the same amount of orders on the file that there are on the website, it could be down to the way your filtering the orders if you are comparing for specific years
