missing file in bricksync

Can someone please help me? I'm trying to download and install Bricksync to my new laptop. I downloaded, extracted and added the keys then clicked run. It won't run because it says the file libwinpthread is missing and it tells me to download again. I'm going in circles and not getting anywhere. Help please

    I already replied to the private message, I'll copy the answer here:

    The file libwinpthread.dll is a shared library (DLL on Windows) required by the BrickSync executable. If it's located in the same directory as the executable (bricksync.exe), Windows should find it right away.

    The downloadable .zip packages include that file, can you make sure it's all unpacked in the same directory as the .exe?
