that isn't in the Brick Owl catalogue (I can't find it anyway) - actually it will be several MF bits and bobs.

I am now going to try adding to my Owl inventory, then sync to my BL inventory - which by-passes all their nonsense - I assume (is it ok to make this assumption?)

and will it work that way?

You can add items to the catalogue from this page http://www.brickowl.com/catalog/edit

You can add to your Owl inventory, but the BL Sync won't sync changes back to BL

Is that something you could make work? I think it would bypass all that BL ToS nonsense!

I could, but it would be a second chunk of XML to copy back, and may just aggravate things further.

So then if one were to use BrickStore and upload seperately to both places, I guess that would work?

Only problem there is BS does not work on Mac any more - or at least not in OS10.6 and 10.7

I don't think so, because the next time you used BL sync, it would add that new inventory on top of what you have added to your Owl inventory. I think that if you're going to sell on both sites, you'll have to update your BL inventory and then sync. That's the solution we have for right now.
