When I was setting up my store a few weeks ago, I hit a button that said I think add feedback to my account on here from another 3rd party selling marketplace. I hit the button but did not attach an image of the feedback. Is there an option to re-send that email and attach the image? Thanks,

The file/screenshot must be send to brickowl.com, mentioning your username and the site the screenshot was taken from (unless the latter is obvious). The online button only informs the site administration you whish to import your feedback, there is no file upload at that point.
